TO CONFIRM YOUR ORDER
To guarantee your chairs for your special event, we require a signed contract and 50% retainer.  Until the retainer is paid, the chairs are not reserved for your event date.

PAYMENT TERMS
A 50% retainer is due to secure the chairs for your date.  The remaining balance is due 14 days before the delivery date.  We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.

DAMAGE WAIVER
A damage waiver is required to be signed by contracted customer.  If chairs are damaged or lost, the cost will be billed to contracted customer. 

PRICING
One day rental cost per chair is $9.00.  The cushion is included in this price.

Why rent Chiavari Chairs?

Chiavari is a style of chair that have been around since the early 1800's.  Their classic style and elegance is well known by many across the special event and wedding spectrum.  They add that special finishing touch to any event.

What colors do you offer?

We currently stock gold, ivory, and black.  We also have smaller quantities of red, fruitwood and natural for small parties, head tables, etc.  If you have another color in mind, please let us know and we will consider purchasing.

Are cushions included in the rental?

Yes, ivory cushions are included with all rentals.

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes, our minimum rental is ten chairs.  Our minimum delivered rental is $300.

Do you have a delivery fee?

Delivery is $250 within 10 miles of 1511 Northern Pacific Road, Brainerd.  Delivery 11 to 30 miles is $350 flat rate.  Delivery 31 to 45 miles is $450 flat rate. We currently are only servicing the Brainerd Lakes area.

When will you deliver the chairs?

During our final detailed consultation we will schedule the delivery and pickup of the chairs.  Our usual delivery time is during the morning of the event, but in certain cases we can deliver the night before.  Pickup will be scheduled at the end of the evening or following morning.

Does your team set up the chairs?

We deliver the chairs to a convenient, main level area stacked and ready to be set up.  While we don't actually set up the chairs, this service can be arranged for a additional fee.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, you can see our chairs in person at our showroom in Brainerd, Minnesota.  If you would like to come in, please contact us to make an appointment.

Do you offer other rental items as well?

While Chiavari Chairs are our main rental item, we do have select other items including chandelier rental and unique decor.

Am I required to be present during delivery of my rental?

If you are not going to be present, you will need to assign someone else to sign for the receipt of the chairs.  They will be counted in and initialed for as well as counted again at the time of pickup.

What if I don't know my exact guest count?

Your initial contract will be based on your estimated guest count.  You can adjust to the exact number up to 5 days before your event or wedding date
